Join our Online Open House Open Houses are currently held electronically without an anchor location. ----- About Open Houses Online Open Houses are hosted by the Planning Division as an opportunity for constituents to stay informed, review projects, and provide comments and questions. To attend, visit the project page for each item below. Your input is valuable! ----- Public Comments and Questions We want to hear from you! Public comments and questions will be received within the public comment window. To submit a comment or question, contact the assigned planner via email or leave a voicemail. Your questions will be answered within a week after the comment window has ended. During and following this comment period, the Planning Division will evaluate the proposal against the applicable zoning standards, taking into consideration public comments as they relate to the standards, and develop a recommendation for the Planning Commission. ----- New Projects Open for Public Comment The list of new projects open for public comment is updated bi-weekly. ----- Alley Vacation at approximately 2553 S. Chadwick Street Anne & Zach Taylor, property owners of 2553 S. Chadwick, are requesting approval for an alley vacation (to give up public ownership of) for the alley located to the south of them & 2554 S. Dearborn St. This public alley is approximately 12 feet wide by 262 feet long. It runs east to west from Chadwick Street to Dearborn Street. This alley is a 'paper alley,' meaning that it is an alleyway that appears on an official subdivision plan/map, but has never been constructed, opened, or developed as an actual, used thoroughfare. If approved, this section of the alley would be divided evenly among the six property owners abutting the portion of the alley vacated. Project Location: 2553 S.
