- Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (District) is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide professional engineering services for the 2026 Culinary Water Masterplan Update. The purpose of this project is to provide engineering services for the completion of an update to the current 2017 culinary water model and associated masterplan.
