- 1. Call to Order/Open Meeting: 2. Approval of minutes: January 13, 2026 3. Citizens to be heard: 4. OSTA Assistant Director Report (Greg): A. Roping boxes installed in the outdoor arena. B. Moved the outdoor arena round pen to allow for a preferred ground footing. C. Added dirt to build up the north end of the outdoor arena to level out that section of the striping and north gates. D. Moved outdoor arena loading ramp up to water spigot to avoid it getting hit. 5. OSTA Director Report (Angie): A. We have hired Eric Parker as our new maintenance technician and he has successfully completed his first week at OSTA. B. Playground/Pickleball Project update C. The League of Agricultural and Equine Centers update D. Grand County Fair update E. Easement update from last meeting F. Advisory Committee By-Laws Events: January 2026 - Rec Board meeting (Conf. Room), Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo Meeting, Grand County Fair Board Meeting, Open Ride (Indoor & Outdoor arena's - multiple dates), D's Adventures, Community Equestrian night (canceled due to lack of budgeted staff hours), Indoor Soccer February 2026 - Rec Board meeting (Conf. Room), Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo Meeting, Grand County Fair Board Meeting, Open Ride (Indoor & Outdoor arena's - multiple dates), D's Adventures, Indoor Soccer, Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo Drill Team Practice, Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo Queen Clinic, Dog Training Clinic, Bull Wars. Not to be forgotten, will discuss when updates are available: - OSTA Development Master Plan- UPDATE (In Progress) - Angie & Greg are scheduling regular meetings to devote dedicated time to the master plan and hope to have a rough presentation in the near future. Board Member Reports: Kathy- Rex- Patrick- Bob- Krista- Jennifer- Mike- 6. New Business: a. Voting Item - Changing of the schedule for the advisory meetings. Proposal of the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5:30pm and or to Quarterly. 7. Next Agenda items: 8. Adjournment:
