DRAPER CITY CORPORATION ENGINEERING DIVISION 1020 EAST PIONEER ROAD DRAPER, UTAH 84020 TELEPHONE: (801) 576-6546 FACSIMILE: (801) 576- 6388 www.draperutah.gov February, 10, 2026 REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE 2026 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROJECT The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to apply asphalt surface treatments and perform concrete and pavement repairs and related work on streets within Draper City as described in the project plans and specifications. The Public Notice is available at https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, and by calling Reed Reimschussel at 801-576-6536, or in person at 1020 E Pioneer Rd Draper, Utah 84020. Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV (Bonfire) on or before 5:00 PM Tuesday, February 17th, 2026. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV until 2:00 PM Thursday, March 5th, 2025. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented. Preliminary bid results will be delivered to bidding contractors and available via email to those who submit a request to reed.reimschussel@draperutah.gov. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through U3P before 5:00 PM Wednesday, March 4th, 2025. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
