Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District requests bids for the 'Wood Hollow Drainage Improvement' project. The work includes A new 125-ft long 48' Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) culvert is proposed under the access road at the intersection with Wood Hollow Creek on Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District property. The culvert will be used as a storm water conveyance to preserve the access road and to protect Jordan and Southwest Aqueducts from exposure in the event of a flood. Activities will include demolition of an existing 99-ft long 30' Corrugated Pipe (ADS) culvert under the access road, replacement with the RCP culvert and new upstream and downstream headwalls, a new cutoff wall downstream to provide protection for the Jordan and Southwest Aqueducts, and placement of fill to bury the culvert and facilitate replacement of the access road in areas where it is affected by the culvert replacement activities. Anticipated equipment includes excavators and dump trucks.
Contract Documents may be obtained via electronic download beginning February 2, 2026, from the District's website at www.jvwcd.org under the 'Engineering Projects' link. Prospective bidders must register at the District's web site under the project to receive project notifications and addenda.
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088, until 3:00 pm, on February 23, 2026. Bids may also be submitted via email to ellisad@jvwcd.gov. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
