IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting, Tuesday, February 17, 2026 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, 84738 Purpose: Public Hearing on a proposed Class V Conditional Use Permit Application for The Ice Box Grill. Property Location: Located at approximately 27North 200 East Applicant/Owner: TJ Ventures, LLC-Owner. Troy Dennett-Applicant Contact: Building and Zoning Administrator Rob Dalley, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission.
