MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows:

2. Introduction of new Planning Commissioners. Oath of Office was administered on February 9, 226.
3. Discussion/action on minutes.
4. Joint Meeting with Planning Commission and City Council for residential and commercial development at 2700/2800 West 1200 South.
a. Development Agreement and Site Plan for Residential Development with David Weekly Homes for 195 Units.
b. Development Agreement for Commercial Development with multiple parties.
5. Public comment on residential and commercial development at 2700/2800 West 1200 South.
6. Planning Commission recommendations on residential and commercial development at 2700/2800 West 1200 South:
a. Development Agreement and Site Plan for Residential Development with David Weekly Homes for 195 Units.
b. Development Agreement for Commercial Development with multiple parties.
7. Adjourn.
