- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES BOUNTIFUL IRRIGATION DISTRICT DAVIS COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Bountiful Irrigation District, Davis County, Utah, will hold its monthly open Board of Trustees' meeting at the office of said District at 995 South 500 West, Bountiful, Davis County, Utah, pursuant to the District's Electronic Board Meeting Policies and Procedures. Electronic means will be available for the public and other interested persons to participate in the board meeting. Contact the District for electronic access. The board meeting will commence at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Manager's Report (for discussion and approval) - Introduction of new crew member, Tyler Harris - Customer Portal through Weber Basin B. Approval of minutes of January 14th, 2026 C. Manager's Report continued (for discussion only) - Meter installation update - BID Audit March 2-3. Hinton Burdick will be in office. - Who would like paper copies of board documents - Completion of Risk Assessment. - Posting of Agendas and Minutes to BID and state websites. - Safety - 811 Blue Stakes Workshop. Rural Water Conference this month - Discussion of future agenda items D. Financial - Approval of Monthly Expenditures: E. Closed Session - move to closed session to discuss items pursuant to UCA ยง 52-4-205
