NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located in City Hall at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following:
A. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate of a municipal utility easement, located on Lots 104 and 105, Desert Canyons Town Center West Commercial Subdivision (Doc. No. 20220051289, Washington County Recorder).
B. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate an easement for utility and drainage purposes, located at the rear of Lot 18, River's Edge at Sunbrook (Doc. No. 00363088, Washington County Recorder).
C. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a right-of-way easement for sewer pipeline, located on the south side of Riverside Drive between the Comfort Inn and Culver's (Doc. No. 00250116, Washington County Recorder).
D. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a portion of a Sewer Line Easement, located along with Santa Clara City and Ivins City, located north and southeast of Harmon's, 3520 Pioneer Pkwy, Santa Clara, UT 84765 (Doc. No. 00376421, Washington County Recorder), and that certain Sewer Line Easement (Doc. No. 00376429, Washington County Recorder).
E. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a utilities, drainage, and irrigation easement, located between Lots 56 & 57, Lots 57 & 58, Lots 58 & 59, Southgate Hills Subdivision Phase 5 (Doc. No. 20070002753, Washington County Recorder).
F. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a municipal utility easement, located in common area between Lot 216 and Diamondbacks Drive, Suniva Phase 2 (Doc. No. 20250030998, Washington County Recorder).
