- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Craig Brandt D. Commissioner Comments- (Stall of Fame) E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $320,419.96. 2. Request for approval of purchase order #3260071 in the amount of $11,450 dated January 13, 2026. 3. Request for approval of warrants #107171-107251 and #495135-495261 in the amount of $2,270,037.29. 4. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 5. Request from the Information Technology Department for approval to surplus 239 computers. 6. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and the USDA Forest Service - Uinta- Wasatch- Cache National Forest- Ogden Ranger District outlining expectations for 2025 RAMP Major grant for the Pineview Reservoir port ramp reconstruction. 7. Request for approval of a partnership agreement by and between Weber County and the Weber Cultural Legacy Foundation (GOAL) for the Ogden Marathon. 8. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Weber School Foundation to hold MESA Day at the Golden Spike Event Center. 9. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Lumen Utility Consult for an audit of Weber County utility bills. 10. Request for approval of a Restricted Landscape Covenant for Dreamworks Subdivision Lots 1 & 2. G. Action- 1. Request for approval of contracts by and between Weber County and Ice Age Encounters for the display of their exhibit at the 2026 Weber County Fair. Presenter: Ashton Wilson 2. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Stirrin' Dirt Racing for the May Mania Demolition Derby to be held at the Golden Spike Event Center. Presenter: Duncan Olsen H.
