- RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meeting on February 3, 2026 the following Ordinance and Resolutions were adopted: - Ordinance 1002 notifying the public of a pending ordinance regarding an amendment to the R-1-6 zoning district - Resolution 2026-01 approving the purchase of new playground equipment for Golden Spike Park - Resolution 2026-02 adopting policies & procedures concerning construction and development standards - Resolution 2026-03 ratifying a revised procurement approach - Resolution 2026-04 adopting the Weber County Pre-disaster Mitigation Plan I further certify that all noticing requirements for the RDA Project Area budget amendment were met in accordance with Utah Code 17C-5-306. The above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on February 6, 2026 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days. Any attachment for this document is available to the public upon request.
