Description/Agenda: NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on the 26th of January, 2026, the Sevier County Commission adopted Ordinance 2026-1-1, an Ordinance Repealing and Replacing Title 7 Traffic Code, Chapter 71 Recreational Vehicles of the Sevier County Code, and Ordinance 2026-1-2, an Ordinance enacting Title 5 Public Works Chapter 51 Road Department and Chapter 52 Construction Maintenance and use of County Roads of the Sevier County Code. A complete copy of the ordinance is available for review in the Sevier County Clerk/Auditor Office, 250 N Main, Suite 100, Richfield, Utah.
