HINCKLEY, UT THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI. REPORT OF GOVERNING BODY - BOARDS - COMMITTEES: ALAN MILLER, RON BLACK, CHRIS MORK, SKIP TAYLOR, KRISTI TOWNSEND VII. STAFF REPORTING VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Review and consider to accept or deny the formal recommendation from the Planning Commission to approve the 2026 General Plan and adopt Ordinance 26-02-19 A, an ordinance adopting the 2026 General Plan. 2. Review and Adopt Ordinance 26-02-19 B, an ordinance establishing a Municipal Transient Room Tax. 3. Review and consider to accept or deny the recommendation from the Planning Commission to approve the West Hinckley Unit 1 Subdivision Amended Plat. 4. Review and consider adopting Resolution 26-02-19, a resolution appointing a Chief Administrative Officer and Records Officer. 5. Review and consider adopting a Cooperative Wildfire System Agreement by and between the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands and Hinckley Town. 6. Review and adopt Ordinance 26-02-19 C, an ordinance adopting The International Wildland-Urban Interface Code. IX. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS 1. Park Pavilion - electricity 2.
