Review and consider to accept or deny the recommendation from the Planning Commission to approve the West Hinckley Unit 1 Subdivision Amended Plat. 4. Review and consider adopting Resolution 26-02-19, a resolution appointing a Chief Administrative Officer and Records Officer. 5. Review and consider adopting a Cooperative Wildfire System Agreement by and between the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands and Hinckley Town. 6. Review and adopt Ordinance 26-02-19 C, an ordinance adopting The International Wildland-Urban Interface Code. IX. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS 1. Park Pavilion - electricity 2.
