- Mt. Pleasant City hereby gives notice, pursuant to Utah Code ยง11-36a-501, of its intent to prepare a Parks and Recreation Impact Fee Facilities Plan. The geographic area affected includes the municipal boundaries of Mt. Pleasant City. This notice is provided to inform the public that the City is initiating the planning process for potential capital facilities associated with parks and recreation infrastructure. No impact fee has been adopted at this time.
