Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. 7. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Austin Beard for a Conditional Use Permit. This permit is a prerequisite for a Business License to operate 'T's Trees LLC,' a plant nursery specializing in the sale of trees and shrubs, located at 673 East Main Street (Parcel ID: 11-089-0009). b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson for a Conditional Use Permit. This permit is a prerequisite for a Business License to operate 'Pallets of Utah,' a pallet manufacturing and sales business, located at approximately 1150 East 640 North (Parcel ID: 11-141-0002). c. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson for a Conditional Use Permit. This permit is a prerequisite for a Business License to operate 'Cast Horn Designs,' a light fixture manufacturing business, located at approximately 1150 East 640 North (Parcel ID: 11-141-0002). d. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mark Thompson for a Conditional Use Permit. This permit is a prerequisite for a Business License to operate 'Thompson Long Range,' a firearms and ammunition manufacturing business, located at approximately 1150 East 640 North (Parcel ID: 11-141-0002). 8.
