NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HINCKLEY TOWN PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY, February 17, 2026 BEGINNING AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

1. To receive public comment on the General Plan Update & Future Land Use Map Amendment.

1. The Commission shall recommend: 1) approval, 2) modification and approval, or 3) denial to adopt and update the General Plan, including a revised Future Land Use Map.
2. The Commission shall recommend: 1) approval, 2) modification and approval, or 3) denial to amend the Official Zoning Map for Hinckley Town.
