- PUBLIC NOTICE Town of Cedar Fort Tuesday, February 18, 2026 @ 7:00 pm Town Hall, 50 East Center Street, Cedar Fort, UT 84013 Proposed Municipal Code Amendments and Culinary Water Hook-Up Requirement Change Notice is hereby given that the Cedar Fort Town Planning Commission will hold a public meeting to consider the following items: Proposed amendments to the Cedar Fort Municipal Code, including revisions, updates, clarifications, and/or additions to existing ordinances and regulations. A proposed change to the amount of water required to obtain a culinary water hook-up, amending current Town requirements related to culinary water connections and water allocation standards. Meeting Details: Date: February 18, 2026 Time: 7:00 p.m. Location: Cedar Fort Town Hall All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting in accordance with Town policy. This notice is published in compliance with applicable public notice requirements.
