- SALINA CITY PLANNING & ZONING PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Salina City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing February 19, 2026, at 6:40 p.m. in the Salina City Council Chambers located at 370 West Main for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed Ordinance 189-2026 an Ordinance Amending Title 17 Zoning Chapter Community Commercial Zone C-2, 17.48.040, ' Site Development Standards' of the Salina City Code; The proposed Ordinance189 - 2026 is available for review at the Salina City Office.
