AGENDA OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY RECREATION BOARD Monday, February 9th at 8:00 p.m. Ephraim City Hall- Conference Room 5 S. Main Street, Ephraim, Utah 1. Call to Order 2. Approval of Previous Minutes 3. Director's Report- Jordan Howe -Playground company scoring -Basketball End-of-season reports -UBBA/UGSA tournament Ephraim is out -Manti/Ephraim ONLY moving forward (except for baseball/softball + when we need more teams) 4. Programs -Spring Soccer March 24- April 30 -Track & Field on deck - Spring Pickleball on deck 5. Update on current projects a. Family Park RAP TAX: $50,000 CDBG grant availability $250,000.00 b. Skatepark bowl c. Pickleball Courts RAP tax: $200,000 CPR grant: $200,000 Park Impact Fees: 22,609.00 + 31,210.00 (Grading) New grant opportunities: CPR phase 2 for parking lot 6. Public Comment 7. Board Member Updates, Questions, Recommendations 8. Adjournment Call for the next meeting: Monday March 8th at 8:00 p.m. This facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.
