Vineyard City Notice of Intent to Create an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) Related to Storm and Land Drains Notice is hereby given that Vineyard City, a local municipality located in Utah County, Utah, intends to commence the preparation of an independent and comprehensive Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for Storm and Land Drains. Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of 11-36a-501 and 503 of the Utah Code, notice is hereby provided of the intent of Vineyard City to create an Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an Impact Fee Analysis for the City. The geographic location where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire area within the Vineyard City municipal boundary. The public is hereby invited to provide written comments or information to be considered in adopting the impact fee facilities plan or impact fee analysis.
