Minutes of the Work Meeting - January 27, 2026 C. Warrants - (1/24/26 - 2/6/26) 3. CITIZEN COMMENTS (Time has been set aside for the public to express their ideas, concerns, and comments. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person with a total of 30 minutes for this item.
