The purpose of said hearing shall be to hear and determine whether a variance can be granted for the following: PETITIONER Cody Mortensen IS REQUESTING A VARIANCE AT 4175 W 2200 N FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS APPEAL IS TO REQUEST APPROVAL TO DESIGNATE THE EXISTING RESIDENCE ON THE PROPERTY AS THE DETACHED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT AND ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW PRIMARY SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ON THE ADDITIONAL ACRES OF THE PROPERTY.
