NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on February 17, 2026 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City is considering amending Chapter 2, Article 7 of the Development Code to clarify procedures related to the required preconstruction meetings before development activity on site plans and subdivisions. - Highland City is considering amending Chapter 6 of the Development Code related to performance and warranty assurances to specify that the estimate or bid used to calculate the assurance must be updated to reflect completed improvements, where applicable, and to clarify procedures for submitting assurances to the City.
