- HIGHLAND CITY NOTICE OF COMPLETED AUDIT Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 10-6-152, the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2025 for Highland City has been completed and accepted by the City Council. A copy is available for public inspection at the Highland City Offices, 5400 W. Civic Center Drive, Highland, UT during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This notice was posted on 2/4/2026 at the following locations: Public Notice Website Highland City Website Highland City Hall
