2. SHARP Data Presentation and Discussion (Discussion)
Presentation by Utah County Health Department (McCall Gibbons) providing an overview of county-level SHARP data and guidance on how to interpret results; facilitated discussion focused on how the data should inform Vineyard Cares prevention priorities, initiatives, and planning; questions and answers.
3. 2026 Coalition Priorities and Focus Areas (Discussion)
Discussion of priority focus areas for 2026 informed by SHARP data, including youth mental health, prevention, belonging, and family engagement; identification of themes to carry forward into planning.
4. Upcoming Events and Initiatives (Discussion)
Spring Teen Prevention Night overview including proposed date options (March 25, April 1, April 15); coalition input on timing, conflicts, and participation; brief overview of additional 2026 initiatives for context.
5. Ways to Get Involved Beyond Events (Discussion)
Overview of planning groups versus workgroups; opportunities for coalition members to support outreach, communications, partnerships, and non-event initiatives; facilitated discussion on how the coalition can contribute beyond event planning.
6. Training, Speakers, and Capacity Building (Discussion)
Training needs, workshop ideas, and speaker suggestions for the year that may support coalition capacity-building.

Presentation of updated Vineyard Cares Commission Bylaws and Policies and Procedures previously distributed to the Board and posted publicly with the agenda; discussion and consideration of minor amendments as needed; motion to adopt the Bylaws and Policies and Procedures as presented or as amended.
4. Commission Officer Roles and Interim Governance (Action Item)
Review and confirmation of current officer assignments under the adopted bylaws; clarification of interim governance structure as needed.
5. SHARP Data - Board Discussion and Next Steps (Discussion)
Discussion of how county-level SHARP data should guide 2026 priorities, planning, and funding decisions; identification of next steps pending release of Vineyard-specific data
6. Guiding Good Choices Training and Certification - Participant Confirmation and Funding Authorization (Action Item)
Confirmation of board members committed to completing Guiding Good Choices training and certification during February; authorization of coalition funds to support training, certification, and licensing.
7. 2026 Event Timing, Planning Groups, and Next Steps (Discussion)
Review of initiatives requiring board guidance and identification of planning leads to support event development, including:
Teen Prevention Event (narrowing date options based on coalition input; Spring Teen Event Planning Group confirmed, led by Lacey Winkel)
New City Leadership Orientation (confirm whether proceeding and identify team lead)
Key Leader Dinner (determine timing and identify planning lead)
Drug Take Back Event around April 25 (coordination with Sheriff's Office)
Day with a Deputy event on May 15 (define level of Vineyard Cares participation)
Community Block Party (tentative June 5)
Future Guiding Good Choices session timing
Summer programming ideas (film competition/workshop, yoga, Positive Action Club, jr high transition course, other ideas, etc.)
