Closed Meeting may be held to: 1) Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 2) Discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation. 3) Discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property. 4. Work Session Items May be discussed after the regular agenda. 4.1. Discussion of Option and Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless. 4.2. Discussion of Telecommunications Franchise Agreements. 4.3. Discussion of Updates to the Lehi Municipal Code to Comply with State Code Requirements- Elected Officials Compensation. 5.
