AGENDA COMMUNITY ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY ADVISORY BOARD MEETING DATE February 9, 2026 @ 4:00pm Daggett County Commission Chambers 95 North 1st West Manila UT 84046 Meeting called to order and roll call: Purpose: Strategize the development of local businesses and community in order to foster economic, educational and recreational growth for the residents of Daggett County. Pledge of Allegiance: Approval of Minutes: Membership Additions: Discussions and vote on adding one workforce development representative and one county representative. Past Funding Shortfall: Review recipient failed spending obligations; decide on resolution. Small Business Grant Program Updates: Measures to prevent shortfalls. Volunteer hours as optional match contribution (min.10% cash match; up to 30%+for higher scoring; volunteer hours may exceed 10% value). Secretary's proposal: Make consecutive grant recipients ineligible for next round; discuss merits, risk to ROI, program continuity, and impartiality in a small county. Pickleball Court Bathroom Project: Status update; action to ensure completion and expenditures of allotted funds. New/Other Business and Adjournment: Open discussion; next meeting date; adjourn.
