The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Approval of disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Monthly report by Deputy Pearce from the County Sheriff's office 9. Beginning at 6:15 conduct the following 2 public hearings in the order below. A. Receive public input for a possible code amendment at a later date on a request from Dave Kurek, agent for James Wagstaff at 802 South 200 East, property tax ID# 10-041-0023 (.87 acres), and property at 780 South 200 East and 788 South 200 East owned by Lazaro Guerra and Fernando Trejo, property tax ID #10-041-0025 (1.22 acres) br rezoned from RA-1 to R-1-12. B. Receive public input and consider adopting a code amendment amending the stormwater drainage code 8-5-9-A, tracking of mud on city streets, 8-5-10- Illegal discharges and exemptions, and 8-5-20 violation and penalities. 10. Steve Kyriopoulous to discuss commercial infrastructure 11. Discuss 8-1E-2 of the code which prohibits turning of water on or off other than by city personnel 12. Discuss policy for cost of overage due to a water leak 13. Consider making an application for a sidewalk grant 14. Continued discussion on flooding that accured along 400 South from 100 West to Center Street 15. Continued workshop on the 2012/2013 budget 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/Recorders report
