NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Box Elder County Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday March 11, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible at the Box Elder County Historic Courthouse located at 1 South Main, Brigham City, in the Commission Chambers (Room 23) to receive input on the following proposal: EASEMENT VACATION of trail right-of-way for temporary relocation on property located at approximately: 300 North 500 East, Willard Canyon An agreement between the county, Willard City, and the property owner is in place to ensure the public safe ongoing access to Willard Canyon. Any interested parties should plan to attend. Copies of this proposal may be reviewed prior to the public hearing in the Box Elder County Community Development Office, Room 34 in the Box Elder County Historic Courthouse.
