CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2026-03
January 27, 2026
This Ordinance rezones the properties located at approximately 160 South Depot Street (TINs: 12-020-0034, 12-020-0047, 12-020-0033, and 12-020-0144) from U-R (Urban Mixed Residential) to CV (Civic) and amends the City's Zoning Map to reflect the change.
