Town of Cedar Fort Tuesday, February 3, 2026 @ 6:30 pm Town Hall, 50 East Center Street, Cedar Fort, UT 84013 CALL TO ORDER 1. Roll Call. 2. Prayer/Thought. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. PUBLIC COMMENT Time for Public Input is limited to no more than 2-3 minutes per person. This time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments for subject matter not listed as public hearing on the agenda. DISCUSSION ITEMS The Council will discuss (without public comment) the following items: 1. Building contact. 2. Water and garbage bill, late fees. 3. Fee schedule. 4. Budget priorities. 5. Irrigation contact. CLOSED MEETING Possible motion to enter into closed meeting for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or the physical or mental health of an individual; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.
