The North Logan City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, February 5th, 2026 in the City Council Chambers at the North Logan City offices, 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. Following the regular meeting, the Planning Commission will then adjourn to a work session in the main conference room adjacent to the council chambers. The regular meeting will be made available through the following link. The work session will not be live streamed: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw Opening Business: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission meeting * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings Regular Items: 1. SUB-2025-03 (Beck Farm Subdivision) - Review and recommendation regarding a preliminary plat application to create a 15-lot single-family residential subdivision in the RE-1 Zone at approximately 2800 N 1810 E (Parcel ID: 04-050-0009). Staff Business: * Staff Business/Discussion - APA Utah Spring Conference (April 8-10 - Bryce Canyon) - ULCT Mid-Year Conference (April 22-24 - St. George) * Planning Commissioner Business/Discussion * Set Next Agenda/s - February 19th (tentative as may be needed), March 5th (Regular Meeting) Adjourn to Work Session This work session will be held in the main conference room adjacent to the Council Chambers. This work session is open for public attendance, but is not open for public comment. No action will be taken by the Planning Commission following discussion. 2. Joint Work Session - Land Use Regulation/Zoning options for West 2500 North. The Commission will review various options regarding land use and/or zoning regulations that could be applied to west 2500 north in furtherance of the General Plan's long-term vision for the corridor.
