Hyde Park City Public Hearing - ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
Hyde Park City Planning Department proposes an amendment to the following title, chapter, and/or section of the Land Use Code:
12.10 and 13.40
Purpose: to define the criteria and approval process for Minor Subdivisions; to codify the use of a Zoning Verification Letter for Building Permits and Home Occupation and Short Term Rental Business Licenses
