PUBLIC HEARING - CIB FUNDING EUREKA WATER PROJECT

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Eureka City will hold a public hearing to discuss applying to the Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) for funding of Eureka City Water Project. The council will solicit comments concerning the size, scope and nature of the funding request for the above project. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. The hearing will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Office, 15 N Church St., Eureka, UT.
