Notice & Agenda For Public Hearing Central Valley Town Planning & Land Use Commission Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 52-4-2, UCA, 1953 as amended, that the Central Valley Town Planning and Land Use Commission will hold three public hearings on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Central Valley Town Hall, 50 West Center, Central Valley, Utah 84754. All those wishing to express public comment or concern may attend the public hearings as scheduled. The agenda will be as follows: 1. PUBLIC HEARING - Central Valley Town Title 16 Subdivision Amendments The Planning Commission of Central Valley Town will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, Central Valley, Utah, to receive comments on a proposed ordinance amending Title 16 Subdivision of the Town's Code. The proposed ordinance provides various updates to ensure compliance with §10-20 of Utah State Code (as amended), and establishes the various relevant land use and appeal authorities, and processes for subdivision related applications within the Town. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be found on the Municipal Code Update Initiative 2025 page at https://hosting.civiclinq.com/centralvalleyut. 2. PUBLIC HEARING - Central Valley Town Construction Standards The Planning Commission of Central Valley Town will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, Central Valley, Utah, to receive comments on a proposed ordinance adopting the Central Valley Town Construction Standards. The proposed ordinance would supplement the Town's Code and adopt by reference the 2025 edition of the Manual of Standard Specifications published by the Utah Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) with certain local amendments made by the Town. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be found on the Municipal Code Update Initiative 2025 page at https://hosting.civiclinq.com/centralvalleyut. 3. PUBLIC HEARING - Central Valley Town Title 17 Land Use Amendments The Planning Commission of Central Valley Town will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, Central Valley, Utah, to receive comments on a proposed ordinance amending Title 17 Land Use of the Town's Code. The proposed ordinance provides various updates to ensure compliance with §10-20 of Utah State Code (as amended), and establishes the various relevant land use and appeal authorities, and processes for zoning or other land use related applications within the Town. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be found on the Municipal Code Update Initiative 2025 page at https://hosting.civiclinq.com/centralvalleyut.
