NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Wellington City will hold a regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday February 4, 2025 at Wellington City Hall located at 102 N 100 West, in Wellington, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 5:30 P.M. and the agenda shall be as follows: Agenda Item 1: Roll Call Agenda Item 2: Approval of Minutes Agenda Item 3: Chuck Smith - Rezoning Request Agenda Item 4: Toni Summarell - Business License Application; Shade Haven Tinting Agenda Item 5: Wally & Shauna Snihurowych - Rezoning Request Agenda Item 6: Lazaro Torres Pinales - Business License Application; La Sierra Mexican Food Agenda Item 7: Kyle Monson - Council and Planning and Zoning Agenda Item 8: Wellington City Code Update Agenda Item 9: Annexation Plan Agenda item 10: Adjourn Rebecca Evans Wellington City Recorder
