PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kearns City Council will hold a Special Meeting on the 3rd day of February 2026 to begin at 6:00 p.m., located in the South Ballroom at the Element Event Center, 5658 Cougar Lane, Kearns, Utah as follows:
