The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 5th day of February 2026.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.
Agenda
1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Approval of the minutes from the January 8th, 2026 council meeting, the January 22nd, 2026 work meeting and the January 22nd, 2026 special meeting.
6- Discussion and possible approval of Battle Baseball using the Walt Borla Baseball Field.
7- Discussion and possible approval of reserving parking spots for Carbon Medical Mammogram Truck on March 30th and November 3rd, 2026.
8- Discussion and possible approval of the addendum to the USU-Eastern Cooperative Agreement dated 8/5/2024.
9- Discussion and possible approval of site for All Wheels Park design.
10- Discussion and possible approval of budget training for $750.
