Notice is hereby given that the Long Valley Sewer Improvement District (District) will hold a Public Hearing for a proposed rate schedule for Fees charged for services provided by the District. The Meeting will be held at 425 East State Street (lower level meeting room), Orderville, Utah, at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 11, 2026. All interested persons are invited to attend and give written or oral comments. The proposed fees and proposed language for Ordinance will be available during office hours of 8 a.m to 10 a.m Monday thru Thursday at 170 west 100 south, Orderville, Utah.. Fees proposed for schedule are: Residence monthly charge $34.00 No change from last schedule RV and motel room monthly charge $10.00. Change from $5.50. Camera usage $100.00 per hour. Minimum 1 hour. Not included in past schedules Truck Rental Big Truck $200.00 per hour Minimum 2 Hours. Truck Rental Little Truck $150.00 per hour Minimum 2 Hours. Tank Truck dump $1,000.00 annual fee. Currently $25.00 per thousand. No inactive fees on connected lots.
