Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, February 5, 2026. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person. You may listen to the live audio feed by going to www.ivinsutah.gov under 'Upcoming Events'. When the meeting is live, it will reflect 'In Progress' - click on the 'In Progress' link to listen to the meeting live. The Mayor and City Council will take no action this evening. 4) PUBLIC HEARING AND ACTION ITEMS A. Public Hearing to fill a vacancy on the Washington County Solid Waste District Board B. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-01R, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, appointing a representative to the Washington County Solid Waste District Board C. Continued discussion of an Ordinance regarding adoption of the 2006 Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code D. Public Hearing on the Planning Commission's recommendations on amendments to the ordinance regarding Backflow and Cross Connection regulations E. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 2026-04, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah, amending and completely restating Title 10, Chapter 4 of the Ivins City Code regarding Backflow and Cross Connection regulations 5) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS A. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2026-03R, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, adopting the pass-through of the increase in the Washington County Solid Waste District's rate B. Discuss and consider approval of expenditure to reimburse developer for relocation and upsizing of a shared sewer trunk line 6) CONSENT AGENDA A.
