PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Chris Crockett D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $743,264.55. 2. Request for approval of warrants #107106-107170 and #495024-495134 in the amount of $2,492,912.23. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Delta Dental for administrative services. 6. Request for approval of an Easement Encroachment Agreement by and between the United States of America Bureau of Reclamation and Nilson Homes to install subdivision improvements over existing Bureau drains. Weber County has a separate agreement with the JDC Ranch developers stating that they will do all the work if the bureau lines are damaged. 7. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Ogden Pioneer Days Foundation to hold the Miss Rodeo Ogden Competition at the Golden Spike Event Center. 8. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Raintree Holding, LLC for settlement on a recording error. 9. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and the following individuals for civil commitment evaluations- Todd Soutor Lamont McPherson Dennis Smith Rhett Potter G. Action- 1. Request for approval of contracts by and between Weber County and the following individuals for representation of indigents in Second District Juvenile Court- Carol Mortensen Ammon Nelson Jennifer Clark Presenter: Jim Retallick 2. Request for approval of contracts by and between Weber County and the following individuals for representation of indigents in Second District Court. Ryan Blake Adriana Johnson Brady Stuart Laura Fuller Presenter: Jim Retallick 3. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Utah Gay Rodeo Association to hold the Crossroads of the West Regional Rodeo at the Golden Spike Event Center.
