Sexton, Harry Draper CONSENT ITEMS The Committee may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration. 1. Approval of Minutes: March 18, 2025. 2. Review budget and grant funds spent. BUSINESS ITEMS The Committee will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items: 1. Discussion of available grants for 2026 2. Sentry/Chronicle digital map update 3. Vote on updated/amended chronicle bid 4. Maintenance plans/ideas PUBLIC COMMENT Time for Public Input is limited to no more than 2-3 minutes per person. This time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments for subject matter not listed as public hearing on the agenda.
