PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2026 in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Harvey C. Invocation - Mayor Shuman D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on January 6, 2026. F. Non-Action Items 1. HAFB Update 2. Battle Forged Foundation Presentation Presenter: Brady Blackner, Founder and Board Chair 3. Local Homeless Council Update Presenter: Kenton Jepsen, Local Homeless Council Coordinator, Phillip Reese, UWNU Director of Collective Impact 4. Storm Water Discussion Presenter: Mayor Shuman 5. Transfer Station Update Presenter: Mayor Allen G.
