- Whereas the following Lot holders have not been used portions of the lots for burial for more than 46 years, and has not provided written notice of claim or interest, the Willard Precinct Cemetery district posts the following Notice of Lot Abandonment. Willard Precinct Cemetery Maint. District, herein declares notice of intent to certify burial rights abandoned for the following individuals: William James Smith Note all Children including the responsible party has passed away. All adult children buried in other cemeteries. Please provide written notice of claim or interest in the lots or parcels to Karla Parsons, Board Chairperson, at kjnparsons@hotmail.com, prior to Feb 17, 2026.
