- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing during their regular meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on February 12, 2026 in the City Council Chambers, 319 S. Saratoga Road, Saratoga Springs UT 84045, on the following: 1. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.18 - Sign Regulations. The proposed amendment exempts city-owned, installed, and maintained signage from permitting requirements and size limitations when used to convey official public information, such as voting details, public notices, and other city announcements. 2. Amendments to Title 19.09 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.09 - Off-Street Parking. The amendment would define development standards for the provision of bicycle parking including design standards and parking ratios. 3. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.08 - Home Occupations. The amendment would define consistent performance standards for all home businesses and promote equitable opportunities for residents.
