- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 5:30 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 & via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. An Ordinance Adopting and Enacting a New Section in Chapter 16.8 of the Virgin Municipal Code Establishing Standards for Grading, Excavation, and Earthwork Activities; Providing for Permitting, Engineering, and Enforcement Procedures; and Promoting Public Health, Safety, and Welfare Through Responsible Land Disturbance Regulation. B. An Ordinance Amending the Virgin Municipal Code to Define Shuttle Stops; Adopting a New Section in Chapter 16.8 Establishing Supplementary Regulations for Shuttle Stops and Associated Park-and-Ride Facilities; Amending the Commercial and Highway Resort Zoning Districts to Reference Such Regulations; and Promoting Public Safety, Accessibility, and Coordinated Transportation Planning.
