Welcome and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Elect Planning Commission Chairman and Vice Chair. 3. Public Hearing: Amend the Kamas Municipal Code to 15.30.020 to add Showroom to the Allowed Use Table, permit Metal Works and Cabinet Shop in the Light Industrial zone, amend 15.14.060 to add Showroom to the Parking standards in the General Commercial zone, and amend 15.15.060 to add Metal Works and Cabinet Shop to the Parking Standards in the Light Industrial Zone 4. Continued Discussion: Amend the Kamas Municipal Code 15.30.020 to add Dairy as a permitted use on the Allowed Use Table and designate the permitted uses in the Agricultural Tourism zone 5. Continued discussion: Amend Definitions in the Kamas Municipal Code 15.02.010 6. Continued discussion: Amend the Kamas Municipal Code to eliminate all references to Conditional Uses and revising Permitted Uses within the zoning districts 7. Approval of the January 6, 2026 Meeting Minutes 8. Other Panning & Zoning Business 9. Adjournment
