- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Santa Clara City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items: 1. Discussion and Action to consider approval of an On-Premise Alcoholic Beverage License (Class D) for Brody's Mexican Restaurant. 2. Discussion and Action to consider approval of a Single Event Liquor License and Special Event Permit for the True Grit Epic Bike Race. 3. Discussion and Action to consider a sewer easement vacation as per Section 10-20-208 of State Code for the Cole West Subdivision. 4. Discussion and Action to consider adoption of the Santa Clara City Traffic and Transportation Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Selena Nez at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
