- The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on January 20, 2026: Ordinance 2026-03 amending the Midway City Code to update public notice and noticing requirements and remove mandatory newspaper publication requirements. Ordinance 2026-05 repealing Ordinance 2025-27 to retract the transient rental overlay district to exclude the property at 71 South 200 West. Full texts of the ordinances are available at the Midway City Recorder's office located in the Midway City Office Building at 75 North 100 West, Midway City, Utah.
