- PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE FOR ZONE CHANGE Notice is hereby given that South Weber will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the property located at approximately 898 East 7240 South. The purpose is to review an application to change the zoning on 37.01 acres from A (Agricultural) to R-LM (Residential Low Density) and R-M (Residential Moderate Density). The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at South Weber City Hall, 1600 E South Weber Drive, on February 12, 2026, at 6pm. The public is invited to attend in person or watch the proceedings www.YouTube.com/c/southwebercityut. For a copy of the public notice, to request special accommodations, or any additional inquiries contact Deputy Recorder Raelyn Boman at 801-479-3177, rboman@southwebercity.com.
